取消政策/CANCELLATION POLICY

取消訂房：
5人(含)或以下個人客或團體
* 需至少在入住日3天(72小時)以前通知，將不收取費用(以入住日18:00為基準)。
* 如果於入住日3天內取消，將會收取第一晚房費作為違約金。
* 入住前一天內取消、或是入住當日沒抵達，將會收取訂單全部房費。

6人(含)或以上團體
* 需至少在入住日7天以前通知，將不收取費用(以入住日18:00為基準)。
* 如果於入住日7天內取消，將會收取一半房費作為違約金。
* 入住前1天內取消、或是入住當日沒抵達，將會收取訂單全部房費。

另因應新冠肺炎特殊狀況取消政策如下﹔
*除非中央流行疫情指揮中心或台中市政府有頒佈，特別防疫指引，禁止6人(含)或以上民眾團體出遊，否則亦按以上取消政策處理。
*如活動是屬於私人(團體)機構或私人公司/學校等活動自行因風險評估問題理由不在政策期限內取消，將不會獲得退款。
* 如有任何爭議，亦以店家最終決定為準。

Cancellation Policy:
Individual tourists of 5 or less than 5 person group
Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at hostel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

More than 6 person Group
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at hostel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.

Due to the special situation of the Covid 19, the cancellation policy is as follows:
Unless the CDC or the Taichung City Government has issued special guidelines for epidemic prevention and prohibits people from traveling, the cancellation policy above will also apply.

If the activity is private institution or private company/school and other activites that are not cancelled within the policy period to risk assessment issues, no refund will be given.
